Beam Reach is normally let on a weekly basis.Week ends or short stays can be accommodated at a slightly reduced cost depending on number of people and length of stay.

Rental Tariff per week are:

From 5th Jan to 21st March – £650
25th March to June – £750
*July to September – £PRICE ON APPLICATION
Oct to December – £650
Christmas/New Year – £850

Rates are based on 10 people sharing for 7 nights which includes all bed linen. Towels can be provided from £5 per person per week.Arrival and departure days are flexible.

For shorter stays and fewer numbers – please contact us for alternative reduced rates..

Bookings are only confirmed after receiving a deposit of 25% to reserve the house and balance of rent is required within 6 weeks of arrival. All bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure, any other options to be agreed. A Refundable Security Bond of £200 minimum (against possible damage to the property) is required. This is repaid fully one week after your stay if no damages are incurred.
