Beam Reach was refurbished in 2000 and is regularly well maintained. It has gas central heating to most rooms,new bathroom,shower room and kitchen.The accommodation is over 3/4 floors with the largest bedroom at the top with 4 single beds. This room in the roof has excellent sea views.On the second floor there is a large living and dining area with a modern kitchen. From this floor there are wonderful sea views over Cowes Harbour and Cowes Yacht Haven.

You enter at street level into a lobby and stairs to a first floor landing where there are two twin bedrooms; the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a separate toilet on this landing.

To the rear there are stairs leading down to ground floor level where you will find a modern bathroom, which includes a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate shower room adjacent. A rear door leads out to a small partly covered courtyard with access to the utility room with a washing machine . The gas central heating boiler is in this room. A line is provided under cover in the courtyard for hanging wet gear. There is a small garden table and chairs for your use if required.

You will find on the second floor Bedroom No 2 with two single beds and a large built in wardrobe and wash hand basin. To the front there is a large living area with a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen. There is a microwave, electric oven/cooker, fridge and dishwasher.

The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished including TV/DVD/ipod unit. There is a large dining table to seat 6/8 people. Free Wi-fi Broadband is available within the property.
There are wonderful sea views to Cowes Harbour from this room.

Stairs lead up to the third floor to a large open plan bedroom with panoramic sea views across the Solent and beyond. There are four single beds in this room.
